A very big part of the reason why we wrote A Love Letter Life, was that we felt very strongly, when we were engaged, that we wanted to be more intentional about preparing for our marriage than preparing for our wedding day. It's something that our culture as a whole, especially our generation, has lost sight of. We spend all this time planning this epic wedding day, but then forget to prepare for an epic marriage.
