I just finished an online retreat with Pema Chodron.

As you know, I love her teachings.

My biggest takeaway?

If you want to be able to allow difficult feelings in yourself then it is very helpful to first learn how to be friends first with yourself.

I’m not sure why that is so ah-ah-like after all these years, BUT, it is.

If you want to lose weight for good.

If you want to have powerful relationships with others.

If you want to help others.

It all starts with your relationship with you.
