Today I have another amazing guest and one of my closest friends in the Dietitian world, Vanessa Perrone, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist behind Motive Nutrition sharing her story. We connected years ago and it was great to finally have someone who understood what it was like back then to create and run an online program - without the platforms there are nowadays that make it a whole lot easier.

As a creative, who loves to envision, create and bring things to life, Vanessa wanted the freedom to help people in a different way, that offering strictly counselling wouldn't allow. She describes her journey from doing 1:1 counselling at a gym to having a private practice with a few locations and a team of dietitians to doing a full leap into adding an online program to her practice.
