Co-founder Kaizen foods and healthy eating influencer Arash Hashemi is today's weight wednesday podcast guest. On his wildly popular social media accounts @shredhappens, Arash turns simple ingredients into easy, approachable, and remarkably delicious recipes.

In 2017 Arash started to take control of his health and make better food and exercise choices. He lost around 100lbs. and fell in love with creating healthier foods that still taste great.

This led Arash not just to keep posting @Shredhappens, but also to develop a healthier pasta. Along with his wife, Arash created a pasta that is low in carbs, but high in protein.
