Our shout out this episode goes to the Slate Valley EPIC, which we learned shortly after recording has been SOLD OUT in record time this year!!  Woooot.  The Slate Valley Epic is a 40+ mile, over 5,000 feet vertical mountain bike race on Vermont’s newest and best single & double-track trails in the Slate Valley of southwestern Vermont in Poultney, VT.  This yer it is being held on on July 15-16.  For those that are curious and want to put this on your radar for next year, or who want to cheer participants on, volunteer etc.   check out https://slatevalleytrails.org/slate-valley-epic
