We are diving into Mental Health today. It is such an important conversation, and I am honored to have Mehri Coutler part of this conversation. She has been incredibly vulnerable with her story online; sharing about her mental health crash. And from that, she has become an advocate and leader online for mental health. One of the biggest steps she took in unlocking her best life was through decluttering her home and mind. There REALLY is a link between clutter and your mental health. I KNOW you are going to love her and receive good things from this conversation. ❤️
Mehri Coulter is the unashamed blogger and Instagrammer behind So Bipolar and is currently building out a new mental health nonprofit, Buffalo Effect. Buffalo Effect works to get tangible resources and support directly into the hands of those navigating their mental health challenges. You may have seen Mehri and her husband on the WebMD Documentary "Married to Bipolar," where they give hope to those living a married life with a mental health diagnosis. Mehri has had the privilege of speaking with thousands of people from around the world about their most intimate details of their lives and mental health because of her own bipolar diagnosis. Mehri has lived the last 6 years of her life thriving, despite her diagnosis.
In this episode Allie + Mehri discuss:
💛 Mehri's mental health journey, her crash, and how she has been rising ever since
🏠 How finding mold in her home led to breakthrough in her mental health (and the health of her daughter)
🤩 The connection between clutter + mental health
