In order to join the Air Force for one of the Air Force Special Warfare, or AFSPECWAR, career fields, you need to pass the Initial Fitness Test (IFT). The standards and numbers for the test are clear, but you might still have some questions. Don't worry, Trent and Aaron have got you covered.
