In this episode Brandon and Chris chat about the thoughts we have. How many of our bad reactions, bad attitudes, and poor behaviors are simply a result of us believing the thoughts that pop into our heads? Can we improve our effectiveness by considering and questioning our thoughts?

During the show, we talk about author and therapist Byron Katie. She suggests four questions we can use to interrogate our negative and stressful thoughts in order to regain power over them: 

-Is it true? 

-Can I absolutely know it's true (can I know for a fact________) ? 

-Who would I be right now, without this thought? 

-Can I think of a good reason to let this thought go?
