Vlad has been in the automotive industry for over 23 years, starting as a porter. One month later he was promoted to the Showroom floor. 

 

When Vlad Started with Raceway the dealership was doing 80 units a month (30 from the internet, 50 from fresh ups). He continues to grow the Raceway KIAs Sales 20%, focusing on having the right team in place.

In August of 2020, Vlad and his team reached a new goal of 187 units with 151 being new KIAs, with only 6 Salespeople.

Vlad credits his team’s success by sticking to the basics and following the processes.
