What is emotional intelligence? Even that question alone shows how basic my own knowledge and grasp of this hugely important area is. 

So this week I interview communications expert, Monique Russell, who is hugely knowledgeable and experienced in this area.

Monique is a communications expert working with leaders and teams how to have positive and productive relationships at home and work using effective communications tools and strategies.
