We never cease to be amazed at the accomplishments of amazing female runners in Ontario. This week on the Trillium Running Podcast, we have Amanda Nelson, Canadian record holder in both the 12 hour and 100 mile distance, who just represented the Canadian National Team at the 2022 World Backyard Ultra Championships. What is her superpower? We find out how she was able to outrun all other female competitors by completing 55 loops (one loop per hour = 55 hours!) and running 375.76 km.
