With the Internet Sales 20 Group 13 being less than 2 weeks away, LA Williams sits down with Kristie Leader, CEO of Leaders in Marketing. She has an extensive background focused heavily on brand-building, direct-to-consumer marketing, and franchise marketing management. From her early days of graphic design and developing infomercials for the BOWFLEX Home Gym to most recently redeveloping and launching the brand of Phoenix International Raceway and filling the grandstands for NASCAR in the Southwest, Kristie has a varied skill set to bring brands to market.

Throughout her 12 years at what is now known as ISM Raceway, Kristie forged strong industry relationships at both the corporate level and within NASCAR league management to seamlessly lead her team to award-winning success (and years of consecutive sellouts)! Under her direction, the ISM Raceway Marketing Team is the only track promoter to have won the Marketing Team of the year 4 out of 5 times, losing only to Dale Earnhardt Junior's retirement campaign in 2016.

With an eye for creativity and a strong grasp of the ever-changing digital landscape, Kristie's focus has been to create a cohesive customer experience for companies from the first consumer touchpoint through the point of purchase and beyond. Kristie is a proud graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University and in her free time enjoys spending time with her husband Josh and their 3 children.
