In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli discuss our thoughts on what holds us back from progressing, why that may happen and share some ideas to try to mitigate.  We also introduce a new segment, we covered our bikes, parts and pieces thoroughly and are now going to share with you a High, a Low and something we Learned from our experiences on the trail.  As a reminder, our episodes will now be live on the 3rd Tuesday of the Month, our next episode will air on February 16th.
