It's our fifth episode so what better way to celebrate than with friends! It was our great pleasure to chat to Roadrunners A.C athletes Caitlyn Harvey and Noel McNally. Caitlyn is fresh off her marathon debut of 2:45 in Dublin and Noel reflects on starting the Roadrunners Athletics Club that has now seen over 40 people complete the 26.2 mile distance! Dan also gives us a monologue of his race down in Dublin and we hear about his current favourite runner in Northern Ireland! Results come hot off the press from the McConnell Shield and Novice cross-country races and we briefly visit New York for the winners there. Another great episode and thanks for listening!
