Here is part 1 to our series on attracting and retaining great people. Today we focus on the onboarding process our new team members experience. Are we setting the stage correctly and in a super proactive manner or are we leaving first impressions to chance? 

The universal pain point for most organizations is filling the seats with A+ players. Are we taking an honest review of our company, the culture we have established and the actual benefits that we are providing our employees? It’s critical that we look at our organization through the eyes of our prospects and existing employees. What’s in it for them? So often we ask that question and only look at it through our own eyes. We forget that the things that seem the most valuable to us may not be as valuable to those we are trying to hire.
