There’s so many angles to why some women are labeled as strong. It can be used as a compliment that aims to empower us, and other times it’s a dig to reduce our femininity. We can often wonder how our perception from others and ourselves impacts our professional and romantic lives, particularly when it has been suggested that men can feel less important or intimidated by self-assured and self-sufficient women. We want to focus on being secure and confident in who we are, while focusing on mutual respect and faith-focused foundations of treating others amicably regardless of how they perceive us.
