One of the greatest struggles we all have is finding and/or equipping team members to lead and to care about our businesses the same way we do as the owner or key leader. We become the ultimate choke point in our business as we attempt to own everything. We find ourselves exhausted, distracted and likely existing in some form of extreme survival mode. Instead of being laser focused on building something meaningful. 

By establishing a coaching culture we can intentionally design a business that has succession planning and leadership development built right into it's DNA. We can create an environment where each of our team members is playing an engaged role in equipping and supporting those around them. Our employees develop leadership and technical competency as they move through the ranks and in turn share that with those a few steps behind them in their journey.
