In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli talk about riding in the heat and humidity. We share our tricks to prepare, endure, recover, and even share some awesome benefits from riding in the heat!

Our shout out goes to Killington Bike Park Divas of Dirt Group Rides.  Dirt Divas bring the female mountain bike community together of all ability levels to share their passion for the sport and meet likeminded members of the bike community during bi-weekly Friday night group rides that take place from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Participation is free with your own bike and a valid bike park ticket or pass. Discounted tickets and rentals are available for $45 each on these evenings ONLY and valid only during the time of the session. Pre-registration is required:
