If I only had a heart...well I do, but it's behind some really tall walls!  Beth Miller is back and we're discussing my journey to truly open my heart.   This is a vulnerable episode for me but it's important to share my struggles here too, not just a highlight reel!  We're talking my real thoughts , feelings, emotions and beliefs with productive feedback and tasks that I think we can all benefit from!  There's no place like home, and I'm trying to get banged in mine more ha-ha!
