Friends, when I think about the end of the year, I want to ensure that we're setting ourselves up for a strong year to come. One of the practices I've developed in my life is finding a word or phrase for the year.

Today I want to walk you through my process on how I find a word for the following year. There's nothing mystical or magical about this process, it's a guide to help you through not just daily or weekly activities, but to set an intention for the year. This one word will help center you when life gets crazy or you feel you've lost your way or your convictions.

Three steps to follow are:

Pause

Think

Create a List
