Love them or hate them, the millennial generation is here to challenge us, and I am loving every minute of it. They are truly looking ahead to see what can be done differently, questioning processes, and requiring lots of information before they make final decisions. If there is a generation to make the bank Plan B, it will be them, and everyone should welcome their ideas to make things better.
