Jorgina’s journey began by befriending the sales and management team when she was having car troubles at 17 years old. That persistence and interest turned into an assistant job at 19 years old that quickly moved up into the financial team. Jorgina spent her first year teaching herself the F&I. Jorgina wants everyone to know that anyone can be successful as a F&I manager, it's not a secret!
