In this episode, LA Williams invites John Oyekunle back to the show. John shares his personal journey in the automotive industry, specifically his first six months. He began his career by training with Bradley on Demand, which prepared him for his first sales job. However, John realized that the culture at his initial dealership wasn't a good fit for him in the long run. Recognizing that the dealership wouldn't provide him with the growth opportunities he desired, John decided to make a significant change.

Moving on to his second dealership, John experienced a complete 180-degree shift in support from the management team. This positive shift greatly impacted his performance and overall satisfaction with his job. Unfortunately, despite the improved environment, the dealership couldn't fully support John's book of business due to inventory limitations.

In response, John decided to take the summer off and focus on his teaching career, a move made possible by the financial freedom he had attained. This break allowed him the time and space to reevaluate his options and search for the next car salesman opportunity that aligns with his goals and aspirations.

About John Oyekunle

John Oyekunle was born in Nigeria and now lives in Miami, Florida. He’s brand new to the automotive industry and is already making his mark. John discovered the Millionaire Car Salesmen Podcast before getting his first car salesman job. He took the initiative and bought Bradley on Demand to learn everything he could about the industry. John walked into Infiniti and got hired on the spot!! On his first day on the showroom floor, he sold 2 cars! John is a success story in the making!
