Thanks for joining us for another episode and the last for 2023! This one is a real cracker as we are joined by the one and only Nick Griggs! Nick recently competed at the European Cross Country Championships and came away with a team gold and individual bronze. Nick goes deep on the race as well as his highlights from the year and what is to come. The results from the Telford 10k as well as a few local races get a mention and we turn our focus to what is to come after Christmas and into the new year.
