Hi Friends! Oftentimes, grief is a process associated with major life-altering situations such as the death of a loved one or a traumatic experience. But there are also smaller instances where feelings of loss can occur, for example, losing a job or a friendship breakup. In today's episode I'm talking about ways we can deal with grief and loss.
