Let's talk about lookalike audiences... Do they still work? Are they worthwhile? Should you still be using them? The simple answer is YES!

There has been a lot of talk online, and from Facebook "marketing experts", about lookalikes and them not working as well as they once did. As always, we believe in testing, and for us, lookalikes remain a great audience choice. Of course there is a time and place for them, but it's a no brainer that we test them!

Not sure what we're talking about? Well, a lookalike audience is built based on customer data, for example a csv of a current customer list or recent website/ social platform visitors. Once this information has been uploaded into a custom audience Facebook then finds similar people, creating a whole new pool of cold people to target... pretty cool right?
