Mistakes. We’ve all made ‘em.

In this episode, I wanted to share 3 mistakes I’ve made recently (personally and professionally) as a jumping off point for talking about missteps, how we corrected them, and what we learned.

Of course, not all mistakes are equal. And we don’t always want to harp on things we did wrong. But it can be helpful to hear about other people’s mess ups, and talking about it can hold us accountable for our own actions.

Because next time we’ll do it differently.
