He has worked as a mortgage broker, landlord, investor, mentor, and podcast host. In 2016, he established The HMO Agency, a full-service, high-end Portfolio Builder business that grew to manage 250 lets.

Mark joined the prestigious Property Entrepreneur Board in 2016 and was the first person to successfully start, scale, systemise, and sell a business while on the Board. He also served as a North West area representative for the UK's largest Landlord Association, offering training and support to local landlords.

Mark hosts the monthly Property Entrepreneur podcast, "Deals, Deals, Deals," which analyzes some of the most innovative and profitable property deals available today. Additionally, he founded and serves as Managing Director of The Property Brokerage, which helps clients easily buy and sell investment properties, as well as build large portfolios. Over the last decade, Mark has sourced a high volume of property deals, over 50 options and delayed completions, planning gains, and more than 40 HMO and commercial conversions.
