After just 2 years of working as a dietitian, I saw my time was getting maxed out and I knew I wanted to increase my impact. I started my first live program back in 2012 and have run over 100 launches every which way, tested many approaches, and had successes and failures that have taught me so much about offering programs and courses in the world.

In today's episode, I explain what a launch is, why it works and when you must consider using a launch strategy to make more sales in your practice.
