In this episode, we hear from a father of two school-age kiddos.  He shares his lifelong love for snowboarding and how he has been able to continue in his identity while growing a tight family.  His IG in this order is Dad, Husband, Weirdo...we talk about identity and how as fathers it is important that we keep our identity and share it with our children.  Chris' intentionality and engagement with his family is inspiring.  He shares some ways he has chosen to discipline his kids, and how when he messes up he goes back to the family to own it and apologize.
