In today's episode, I am chatting with Dr. Carolyn Buzanko, a psychologist, about how her business looks after working with TLP and launching her group program several times.

She also shares what she has learned about implementing professional development group programs into her business over the last year.

About Dr. Carolyn Buzanko:

Dr. Caroryl Buzanko started working with kids when she was a kid herself. In high school, she started volunteering with kids with disabilities. She started working front-line supporting children with exceptional needs and their families in 1996.

After almost a decade she decided to go back to school and earned a Master's degree, at which time she started consulting to schools and working in private practice as a psychologist. She then eventually earned her Ph.D. in Psychology specializing specifically in ADHD and anxiety.

She has published numerous articles in various newspapers but has published work in peer-reviewed, academic journals such as Child Care in Practice and Inclusive Educator Journal.
