In this episode, we're excited to have Charles Kyriakou, the Founder of Charles Kyriakou Coaching. Charles began his career in healthcare recruitment after completing his apprenticeship. Starting at a temporary staffing desk, he then transitioned to permanent recruitment, where he thrived in a fast-paced, new market environment. His hard work and talent led him to a managerial position in no time.

During the pandemic, Charles reflected on his true passion and decided to pivot to coaching. Despite having no prior experience, he took on a role as an L&D manager, where he successfully built a department from the ground up.

In 2023, Charles faced a challenging job market and was made redundant. However, he views this as a blessing in disguise. This pivotal moment allowed him to fully dedicate himself to his coaching business, which he now runs successfully.
