What to say, you will write down at least one thing, and you may listen to this twice.  I did the interview and when I relistened to it I wrote down a page of notes.  This conversation around fatherhood is powerfull.  We dive into how pain changes a person, seasons of life and how to be aware and transition in them, how to be in tune with your family, and the importance of community.  This is simple stuff, any dad can do it.  But it is a choice.
