Today Ned discusses a big milestone in his home as his eldest daughter starts her senior year of high school. He expands on the shift that is occurring within his home at this time and how he's being intentional with her as she embarks on this last school year. He also shares how he's having deeper conversations with his teenage children as they get closer to adulthood. He shares questions he's used to open up the conversation with his kids to get them to dream and help map out their years beyond high school. He also explores the concept of having a multigenerational view of fatherhood and how to show up for our children and future family.
