Lamar is the current Sales Manager of Raceway Chevrolet. When he entered the industry he became a student of the business. He took a used car dealership from selling 60 cars a month to 100 cars a month, with a peak of 140 sold in one month. Lamar's advice to be successful on the showroom floor, you have to believe in yourself and perfecting your craft.
