• The first thing I advise my clients to do before starting to plan their content (identifying the main problem their client is struggling with will bring a lot of clarity!)
• Figuring out what problem you’re going to solve for your clients (they need your expertise and experience!)
• The steps for brainstorming your content (it’s all about the sticky notes!)
