Too many entrepreneurs use alcohol to escape or ease the stress and pressures of work and life, and end up feeling hungover and sluggish all year round. Is alcohol adding to your life or detracting from it? Do you resent the amount you drink? Do you lack the self control to stop at one?

In 2022 I committed to changing my relationship with alcohol for one year and had one of my best years on record both personally and professionally.

Sober stag do’s, countless weddings, loads of traveling, all booze free. There never is a good time to quite and I do not believe everyone should but if you are going to give it up then January is the perfect time.
