Stress and anxiety are a large part of our lives in this day and age. The problem is, chronic stress and anxiety can both cause disastrous longterm health issues if we don't address them. The good news is that there are tools and strategies we can start applying in our lives right now to help! In this episode, Jessica talks about the difference between stress and anxiety, her first panic attack, the importance of completing the stress cycle and how movement plays a key factor in addressing both stress and anxiety.  There are simple ways to lower your stress and anxiety and this episode will help you do that!
