Ben Balsbaugh is an entrepreneur, marketer, promoter and advisor. Ben joined PMZ Real Estate in 2000 and has been serving in leadership for PMZ Real Estate since 2002.Presently, Ben serves as the President of PMZ Real Estate’s Residential Division. Currently having 24 offices and nearly 600 agents, Ben is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this division. His experience is vast, overseeing hundreds of real estate professionals. Ben also sells some real estate thru a small team, the Balsbaugh Group. In addition, he owns a few ServiceMaster Clean franchises, specializing in commercial cleaning.

Ben is involved in several entrepreneur activities. Most notably, owner of Hut no. 8 in Modesto. Hut no. 8 is a brand name clothing exchange, resale clothing. He has invested in start-ups, own rental property and thoroughly enjoys listening and brainstorming about innovative ideas. Advising and contributing in any way he can.
