Top Three Tips:
1) Flip the script. Turn your "I don't have _____" and your "I can't _______" into "It's not important to me" and "I've chosen not to" and see how that feels.
2) Make a plan and plenty of them. Plan for low-medium-high energy days so you are always prepared to reach your goals.
3) Get the tools you need: timers, notepads, and calendars go a long way to deactivating your excuses.
