Today's episode we are joined by Troy Knight, a former Combat Controller that served overseas for multiple rotations with the 2nd Commando Regiment. We scrapped the previous time frame for the previous episodes and went for it today and covered Troy's career as well as focusing in on the aspect of security including Situational Awareness, mental preparedness training and a lot more.

Troy is another who will be a reoccurring guest on the show and I really enjoyed the conversation with him.
