Welcome back for another episode! On this episode I am giving you tips, while working really hard to stay on topic for once, on how you can harness your anxiety and get to the root of those feelings!
Here are the 4 major tips:
1) Determine if you are feeling anxious, nervous, excited, or something else.
2) If its anxious, determine if you are in imminent danger (if you are get the heck out of that situation!)
3) If there is no danger, ask your anxiety what it's trying to tell you.
4) Once you know what the anxiety is trying to tell you, determine if you can control that issue and/or determine what steps you can take to resolve the issue... which might include letting it go if you can't control it.
As always, these podcast episodes are stories from my own experiences and not to be used as proper medical or legal advice. If you need help reach out to a mental health professional!
