Todays guest is Jon Wynn, a former 2nd Commando Regiment (Aus Special Forces) operator, who served during potentially the most hectic times in the Unit's history, he deployed numerous times between 2007-2012, eventually finding himself struggling mentally, and falling into the party scene. 

Jon found himself working hard and playing hard, slipping into alcohol and drug addiction, and quickly finding himself in rehab numerous times. Once realising that he needed to make a change, he began his sobriety journey, getting clean and moving into the world of fitness. Jon is now one of the most elite athletes in the world at Hyrox, better known as fitness racing including 8 x 1 km intervals interrupted by differing movements like sled pushes, rowing and burpees to name a few. Jon is now one of the top performing athletes in the world, and believe me when I say, this is one of the heaviest episodes to date.
