Today on the show, we have Neryl Joyce. Neryl served with the ADF initially as a reservist, before transitioning to full time Military Police and then moving into private security contracting. As a woman in a Muslim country and a very male dominated field, this brought its own challenges. Neryl has since wrote a book of her life, discussing her story under the title of, "Mercenary Mum".
