Today's episode covers why people with ADHD (and probably any other mental health diagnosis) struggle with ADHD and my three tips to help you start to shift that mindset and grow your self-esteem.
My tips:
1) Start with the foundation: who are you? what do you like? what makes you happy?
2) Identify the mean girl/guy voice that pops up every now and then. Whose voice is it?
3) Set Boundaries.
4) Choose to live for yourself every day. Choose you!
