1) Your ADHD Employees do try to stay organized and meet deadlines
2) Your ADHD Employees have a knack for remembering tiny details to projects, but may overlook tiny details in their own work
3) Your ADHD Employees have ideas that may come off as them being unhappy with the way things are, but they really just have a different perspective
How You Can Help Support:
1) Have an open mind: listen to their ideas and try them out
2) Give Timely Feedback
3) Give written instructions over verbal instructions
4) Be willing to give on some things and don’t forget that ADHD is recognized under the American With Disabilities Act!
