Today's guest is ADHD coach Juliana Hock! Here's her bio:
Juliana Hock grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland, and graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship concentration, along with a double minor in Communications and Metal Art Jewelry. Entrepreneurship has always been a passion for Juliana, who started her first “business” back in elementary school.
After college, Juliana earned her Maryland Real Estate Agent license and is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Real Estate. For three years after college, she balances work as a Realtor as well as the Director of Admissions at a large Skilled Nursing Facility for three years.
After being interviewed on Tracey Otsuka's podcast in July 2021, she soon redirected her career to reflect her passion and now works full-time as an ADHD Coach. She works with adults with ADHD both individually and in small groups.
Juliana is one of 37 cousins in her very large but close-knit family. She is an avid hiker and loves to spend her time exploring the East Coast’s National Parks, working out at the gym, and being with her loved ones.
