As 2023 is coming in HOT, something that I love to do around this time of year is reflect back on the woman that I was one year ago. I love to do this so that I can actually pause from the everyday goal setting and crushing and actually reflect back on the things that are actually working and for my highest good AND reflect on the things that I still need to work on, let go, and/or heal.

I advise that you take yourself through this episode to listen in on some of the lessons I learned in my life and business so that you don't have to repeat them. After you're done, sit down and reflect on the lessons that 2022 gifted you...that way when you set your 2023 goals you know exactly what you can clean up and amplify.
