In today's episode we will be chatting about how we can navigate tough times through shifting our perspective. Sometimes we can't control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond to what happens to us.
Even if you are going through a tough time emotions come and go so it's important to stay present. There is beauty in tough times and sadness because it is part of the human experience. Don't be afraid to lean into your emotions because the ability feel emotions deeply is what makes us human and allows you to grow.
