I wanted to end with one last episode of being raw and vulnerable about some things I have been going through, while sharing some mindset shifts and tips I am personally trying to implement during this time. Over the past month I have been in deeper introspection while spending lots of time reflecting and these eight attributes have been a huge bridge to where I currently am and where I am wanting to go! Often times we go through the shift of transition without acknowledging that there are tangible actions we can take to help get us there.
