Chris, Simon & Vici are joined by Keith Mitchell from the Wolves Run Club to discuss their latest fundraising campaign for Lifeline WA, the infamous Herdy’s Frontyard Ultra hosted by Ultra Series WA on Friday 13th March 2026.
In local results we had the Strive Program B that featured the 800 and 3000, the True Blue Ultra down in Australind and the WAMC Matilda Bay Run that wasn’t in Matilda Bay, or had the distances as advertised.
In Simon Says, we learn about how you could score yourself some free Yo Chi every Sunday.
James Payne, Matt Maguire, Kristy Wright and Jamie Reeves are this week’s weapons of WARP.

About Wolves RC x Herdys Front Yard Ultra
Wolves RC are partnering with Ultra Series Australia at Herdy's Front Yard Ultra to raise at least $50,000+ for Lifeline WA.
This year as a club we are embarking on our biggest challenge yet, 3000 miles (4,828km) for mental health during Herdy's Backyard Ultra. Each mile represents a life lost to suicide in Australia each year, a statistic we are passionate about addressing.
Lifeline WA needs funds to ensure that West Australians don't face their darkest times alone. Join us in helping Lifeline WA save lives.
